why i say this is because here i am, playing some dota 2 with mad thoughts into my mind, i’ve done enough top lane to win this game but turns out my carrier is a piece of ■■■■ and my mid couldn’t get himself out of danger for 15 minutes while im playing Tiny offlane rocking my socks 1 shotting everyone on the map because i went: arcane boots>dagger>moon shard>assault cuirass, i simply won them the game because with dagger i just stood there in the shadow and wait for them to show up and when the cc of the other team used everything i went berserk on them, felt good enough for me to shout out about this.

this game is the closest i’ve seen in a while able to make a real monumental battle go on without being extremely offshore of fairness, the foundations are set for it to begin, we need to focus first on everything that needs to be stabilized skill-wise first before anything else has to be tweaked when it comes to gear, or p2w or anything, we are now dealing with some serious business when it comes to this game longevity, this game isn’t gonna last if it cares too much about bots or economy leaving out all the equality of classes being used for the GUILD WAR environment, i believe this should be the most important feature being dealt right now in this game, it might take months, maybe years, maybe someone that can hack your client will do it better than you, we actually dont care, but i wish you guys at least once, be able to maintain a warm hardcore pvp community.

PvP is too gimmicky in this game to be good, main focus will be PvE hopefully more dungeons, end game etc.

Guild wars currently is pretty pointless, mostly for fun and boy let me tell you is it fun , but hopefully with the new gvg system it will introduce competitive gvg.

You mean “Guild Wars” the mmo right? cause if that’s the case i agree… this game should copy a lot of mechanics from Guild Wars in order to stop kill steal, and other stuff… so yeah Guild Wars could save this game :stuck_out_tongue:

i bet Koreans are smart enough to know dota 2 is the best pvp environment ever made, besides of course real life, but lets make a parallel out of it, lets seek for their flaws, lets try to improve it each at a time instead of being completely immobile, bots can run economy but cannot run balance.

MMO devs can’t run balance either.
There’s always bound to be some imbalance, not even Blizzard managed to make WoW balanced throughout all these years.

Also people who take PvP serious as a skill based competition in a MMO are the worst.
Not that I mind bashing other peoples head in, it should just never strive to eb serious and balanced, it should rather be fun like WoE in RO or Alterac Valley in WoW.

Also, while Dota2 is not as bad as LoL it is still pretty damn bad.

If you want to play something with a real skillcap go play CS:GO or SC2

why are you guys even mad about me? the content is already made, im asking for improve, im asking for something that makes you proud of working your ass off about, if it’s too much to ask make a pvp server and let us test things out till its finished, and for FUKING SAKES think about pvp before implementing something new.

take your PVP and shove off back to WoW or wherever.

it’ll just be more crying about X isn’t balanced, and Y isn’t balanced, and when are we getting decent PVP rewards and we need more PVP and open PVP so i can run around killing noobs all day, YEA PVP!

like these forums don’t have enough crying already. exploit -> emergency maint -> 48h hold at market means nothing ever completed anyway -> everybody starts crying and panicking about a wipe.

can’t wait to add “Wizzerd 2 OP” and “Arhcer must nerf now!!!” etc.

Shitty PVP isn’t going to help though when even the PVE is really terrible and their biggest concern is having the servers run properly and fighting botters and silversellers.

It’ll be a long time until they are adding some actual content again

that’s why they should’t add another pve content right now before patching gvg content, i srsly dont know how they are gonna do patch gvg content because its so much shi t needed to think about but i feel like they are still the master minds, i just hope they get out of their asses soon enough.

Man… seems to me like you’re failing to realize one key point here.

I agree that PvP should be done in a nice way oe wathever… thing is if we talk about PvP we mostly talk about endgame.

That’s the problem: you’re talking about andgame in a game that, at this point in time, fails badly in almost every single thing it does before that end game.

PvE sucks, bugs, lag, FPS drop, optimization, grinding, dungeons, missions, trading… name one and you’ll find TONS of comments explaining why well… it sucks for the majority of the playerbase.

If you want to talk about endgame well… you’ve got to have a good “path” to that endgame first.

You gotta start from the beginning man, not from the end… as the game is now the great majority of players won’t even play enough to reach an endgame lvl

their music is beautiful thou, their design is great, their foundations like i said, are compelling, i swear to god, id be listening to pintura cuerva till the end of times, they need to dress this make enthusiasm to whatever makes the games stay alive, i dont want it to go away.
