Yes, You have to ensure that you hit crits or your damage flies off.
For Non rouge you will need at least 240-290 dex (without ella) + full crit gear.
If you are opping for Rouge 1 you can go ww card but bare in mind.
Glass mole scales extremely well in this case with or without WW card. WW = 1 used card slot.
It depends on are you the main aggro attraction/ solo play or you prefer less situational or dodging playstyle?? etc etc.

ex snipe crit = 150k > none crit 100k… lol
Musketeer burst with glassmole is currently stronger than a fullstr musket with rogue werewolf. However some card effects will change after patch. Keep an eye on glass mole.
