The ping is floating around 200± since 4th of May onward…
This problem also encounter to most of the Malaysians who are using Telekom Streamyx or Telekom Unifi ISP

actually wat exactly game server ip for varena??..52.77.112.61 that u ping is telsiai ip server…or its the same ip for telsiai and varena?
I have the same issue using 10mbps unifi…
around 30ms when playing D2 but tos around 250ms…
wondering the problem is on ISP or service provider side
From malaysia and having the same problem. Could it be a routing problem by our ISP? The path it takes seems to be going to Europe before reaching singapore based on googling of IP addresses of hop 5 and 6.
I say they move the server again maybe, because before the 22mb patches my line were 0.05~0.4x but after it went way downhill like 0.7~2.0 now

I’m playing from Singapore and I’ve been getting really high pings in game recently too. It was fine when the game was shut out from new players coming in. But gradually, the ping got worse and now I get 150 ping and above constantly.

For some reason I’m finding direct correlation between high server load (high number of players online) and high latency/lag.
I’m been noticing that right after every maintenance the game’s nearly lag-free - all skills work well, your character hits with every attack animation (no doubling), NPCs respond immediately, etc.
So maybe upgrading to a better - faster and higher capacity - server is needed (again)?
Lol idiots. Stop blaming IMC, it’s all TM fault for providing crappy service. Their routing is ridiculous. Some of you will go through europe or china before going to singapore mainly because it is cheaper to use that route. Since there aren’t many traffic for MY>SG it is a waste of TM money to provide a route directly from MY>SG to all users, hence they just use the same route they have. This is why you may get low ping few weeks ago then suddenly your ping went up to 300+ and back to the normal ping.
Aussie have this same issue with their isp, which they route from Au>NA>SG. It is the same reason, it is cheaper that way. The only to fix this is by using VPN, which I am using atm. TM sucks, just get that info into your head.
yea start to 6/4 Telekom Streamyx have some proplem for ping,and just japan is normaly used.

I judge because I got 32± ping for Dota 2 SEA server, where the servers also located at Singapore…
If follow what you say, by right the ping for the dota2 should be very high ping as well…anyway using VPN is really help…but for 7 day only, got to buy a premium account soon…
It’s more likely that their line MY>SG servers are limited, and btw the line doesn’t connect to all SG, it is just the servers. Since this amazon server is new, hence why TM decided in default it is better to use the longer route a.k.a the one that are already widely used so it doesn’t cost them much money. This is a normal practice for growing country. Pinoy also got this same problem where one ISP is not affected while the other lag. It is all about the money.
To know this thing yourself, just download pingplotter and ping to the server. You’ll see the first 4 IP that you go through will be <30ms, then out of nowhere the 5/6 IP went up drastically. Take that IP address and look it up(http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php). For example mine go as far as to Paris, like wtf? This means my route went from MY>France>MY>SG. This is the reason Malaysian are getting high ping on gaming, it is mostly on TM decision to not pay money for the “less popular” route.

The only thing we can do right now is keep on making reports and tell them to have a stable connection to singapore amazon server(52.77.112.61). Dota2 used to have this same issue but since there are lots of players here they fix it immediately. For us however since this is not a popular game… we might need to stick with vpn for a very long time.
Yes this is ridiculous, since June 3rd the server’s ping got really bad & became unplayable, I’ve not been playing recently as well & planning to move onto other online games while waiting for IMC to get the issue sorted out.
