I wanted to do a solo player, with stealth and using lots of buffs with barrage for aoe and multishot and others for bosses.

I forgot to say I didnt know what to choose as the last advancement, maybe going 3 archer instead of two?
On stats Im going 3 dex 1 str, but Im lacking spr, maybe 3 dex 1 str 1 spr?
instead of advancement, use the terms like Circle…
like your build is c2 archer. c3 ranger and scout…
I dont know nothing about archer, but you can go to your next class when you achieve job level 15
Picking Ranger as your rank 3 means that you are getting it a rank later, which is going to hurt your damage badly, same for Scout, you are taking it 2 ranks later.
Do you plan to use only bows or have you thought on the possibility of using a crossbow + dagger?
Ranger C3 has a lot of AOE skills, there’s no particular reason to get Archer C2 on that build.

You must have very strong reason to ignore all skills that ranger c3 offer.

I would also suggest dropping that archer c2 and going straight for the ranger. And yes, you advance every 15 class levels. Try to look around forums a little bit, there is already quite enough threads about ranger builds.
