It seems true. Will be released on a future patch. I think my skill points will wait a little longer to be used. 
New limacon in this patch. Emo-spam still working.
PS. Like new limacon. For best experience need 10+ skill lvl
What exactly happens with the new [limacon]? Does the pistol off-hand atk replace your main-hand atk? or do you have to press c to make use of it while the buff is on?
limacon attack based on secondary attack which is ur pistol, which is why u need to enchance your pistol to get more dmg. and yes u have to press c to shoot while moving. its like running shot just that u press z for RS
