No manual patching available through steam?

i have old icbt2 tos file in my steam folder ,and just now i have finished downloading the 6.6gb update( i thought it was the only update)

after i bought the dlc pack, and click the dlc option, another 7.1gb update appear (probably the whole client).

is there any manual patch download or something so i dont have to redownload everything again ?

any thought on how to save my data plan ? i dont want to waste the whole 7gb+ just for downloading the same thing…

There is no such thing as manual patch on Steam, the game is automatic updated even if it is on a state of pause, the next you try to open the game, Steam will automatically update it to the latest repository, and if any other thing, the patcher will finish download the necessary files.
