Of course they donât, if they knew how, we wonât be stressed as we are now whenever facing issues in the game knowing weâll just get a copypasta response for reporting it, in this past year.

Maybe they are just busy with the combat change ?
Since when does âthere is no usual server maintenance this weekâ equal to âwe claim that there are no bugs that need hotfixesâ?
Itâs not like having a maintenance magically makes a working bugfix pop up. What would be the need for a maintenance if they donât have any fixes ready to apply at the moment?

Itâs also fine for someone who doesnât work for IMC and knows physically 100% for sure actually what is put into patches to make this statement like it is a fact. Because patch notes, support tickets, Staff posts can also be false. Just because this guy thinks he can code doesnât make him right or valid to have the complaint of problems not being fixed when he isnât fixing the problem himself using that knowledge either.
Classic bogus argument using his own opinion of being a coder to be right. LunarRabbit is just a big meanie always bullying people on the forums with his expert knowledge and exact information of everything. not fixed and not restricted to SEA, buddy on NA lost cube today. But it is not that frequent, I have not personally encountered it

People start working on that.
Some players: "Why maintenance if nothing is going to be fixed?"
Ok, no 1-line patch notes maintenance, people are busy anyway.
Some players: "Why no maintenance if thereâs still bugs?"
Fix some bugs, few lines on patch notes.
Some players: "But I want combat changes! And what are these 4 hour long 1 line patch notes maintenance?"

Maintenance or not, if the bug is fixed isnât it better to complain about the bug then?
And just a tip that doesnât excludes the problem or anything else. Did you send your ticket? You might get compensation.

Had the same bug too, however, I got no cube compensations. Looked at my previous ticket again and saw that my character name was missing a letter ( But all other information are precise ). :T Yikes.

And the âcompensationâ will be something like: âhere some resets so you can spend even more time in the gameâ
And no bug fix at all. 
I do not want to spend time in the game. I want to optimize my gameplay, and the game to be in itâs best shape. So players can just sing up in tos and enjoy it without having to see what I and every beta-test players, that have survived and endured all this time, have seen.

They were actually sending the Saalus and Blessed Cubes as compensations when a friend sent tickets about losing saalus runs.

They wont send resets, like what @LunarRabbit said, they will send you cubes to your team lodge mailbox. I sent in a ticket yesterday and woke up to my cubes this morning.

Exceptions does not create armies. Hundreds of cubes are lost for good.
Iâm not reciving any compensation. Not a single staff member is explaining that you can receive compensations by tickets, so far.
With the new site IMC cant even receive pictures in the reports because: Failed to create directory!!
