Actually, a lot of people with money do RMTs… Not all players who spend are cheaters of course - it’s a stupid thing to say, but there are indeed people who spend and are cheaters.

You should probably look up the definition of cheating before accusing people. Cheating means to act dishonestly in violation of the rules. Items that you can buy (like the gacha cube items you mentioned) are allowed (and provided) by IMC. What you are doing now is the same as somebody blaming their body type for a loss in an athletic competition. It isn’t that your opponent cheated, they just happened to be more suited to, efficient at, or better at the task.
If you want to call out cheaters, call out people who buy/sell silver since that is cheating according to IMC’s terms… Don’t call out people who were willing to purchase what IMC provided. YOU don’t set the rules so you cannot define what a cheater is. IMC DOES set the rules and they get to decide what is/isn’t allowed. Grow up.
