With the previous 300TP limit, i’m pretty sure there are issues where credit cards frauder using stolen credit card to massive buy letitia cube, sell those items on dirt cheap and resell the silvers as RMT.

1st of all, Gachas, Leticia cubes, all of those TP items are needed by the game to get profit. You cant expect a company to develop a game for FREE. It is a BUSINESS. Now, unlike some games that offer really good benefits to cash spenders [stats on costumes, stats on pets, pets with OP stats], ToS , so far, has tried to avoid going the p2w route and instead chose the gambling aspect of cash spending.
2nd, albeit purchasing TP products can give you an advantage, the game hasn’t pacifically ordered you to buy TP. 30 day tokens are available in market now, costumes and even the items on leticia cubes are tradeable. You can invest silver to get those items instead of real life cash
3rd, you marking TP spenders as cheaters is just dumb. So apparently, looking good in a skimpy bikini suit can affect gameplay. Or getting lvl14 abrasives when leveling gems is p2w, or how about the hp/sp elixirs? OMG, they can make you OP!

Path of exile makes a perfect example of what i like.

None of these items are tradable, but i wouldnt mind a gifting system instead.
The moemnt a cosmetic item becomes tradable, people will hoard highly demanded items, and therefore p2w begins.
tldr. none of the items on their shops influnce the outcome of your characters developement.
Id say tos ranks way down the bottom with their gacha system, if it was any way near successfull, tos would much likely have a bigger playerbase.
If i want a compenetive game, i want to face players with equal terms, not fighting a wallet.

I think i speak for many players when i say, this is the reason we avoid pvp/gvg.
