If enemies within the range of [Circling] receive physical or missile attacks, there is 5% chance per attribute level that another enemy will receive the same damage(Max at 75%)
Not…20 Time (Might exaggerate a little but… yeah for example stone shot who can hit 2 target was sometime hitting almost everything in circle for 8+ hit)
Anyway you can have legit damage with thing like multishot (REALLY good spell with circling/aiming)

Not sure what people use exactly since i’m using those 2 spell mosty.
I know most use either A2-Sapper3-Falc3 or A2-Qs3-Falc3
its fixed, not nerfed. It was bugged previously.
It’s 75% with the attribute maxed. It costs about 25-30m to max it, if I recall.
With that said, what they fixed was the relationship between oblique/bounce shot and circling.
I still hit 20 targets on average easily.
I use A2/Sapper3/Falc3 and we clear Solmiki utilizing my circling without issue. It’s not a drop in DPS because I didn’t abuse nor care to rely on the oblique shot bug.
