I lucked out and found the empty note as I was walking to the Mercenary Post. Now I only have to camp out for the flower, I guess.

It was last night on channel 1 iirc. I should have written down the time for reference. No one else was even camping the spot, so I just kind of found it without any competition. I definitely didnāt even expect to find it, I just thought Iād check since I was by the spot.
Such pain, i hope i have sunday off so i can camp there the whole dayā¦

The person gave me that info only verified the Kunaiā¦katon and mijin he didnt verified as of nowā¦because he never did get it at 1stā¦for now, the skills he got are Kunai 4 and Bunshin 5 as far as i rememberā¦

No Eva decrease. It squishy coz every bunshin you cast make you take x1 damage. 5 bunshin x5 damage.
I hope block stats not devide to each bunshin.
