[NINJA COMMUNITY] Shinobi Class build, etc. (Updated as of 05/16/2016)

Yep you’re correct! but still gives you additional additional physical damage though XD

Just to be honest, as far as I know, nobody from CBT says anything about the build with Highlander class on the path of Shinobi except for Theory Crafters. It may have a synergy, it is in regards to Double Slash plus the Skyliner and the Crosscut of HL skills.

Double Slash is an overheat skill that deals decent damage and gives additional damage when the enemy is Bleeding, since Skyliner and Crosscut gives Bleeding status to the enemies, this could have synergy. Double Slash skill from Swordsman C3 class can be used by Bunshin Clones.

Please take note that Bunshin Clones can only replicate Kunai and Swordsman Skills.

I don’t know if you really have to go for Fencer for this. Although it has synergy since some of the Fencer skills are Pierce-Type…and Shinobi’s skills are Piece-Type too but that’s just it. I don’t have any idea about the combo. Other people choose to have Fencer in their path.
I’ll rather choose this build. SwordC3 > HopC2 > Dopple > Shinobi for great synergy and combo.
Still depends on your Class build though.
and Bunshin Clones can’t replicate the Fencer skills.

Fencer in my opinion is like more on one on one PvP. I don’t know about in PvE. Shinobi is strong in one on one PvP it’s one of his strengths, but he can be useful in team fights or GvG as well…if and only if played and used well.

Hi all ! New shinobi here

Peltasta useless cos Swash Buckling (HP),Guardian (Eva) must be always active to get buffs so better use SC2

this will be my Shinobi >SC2>BC3>Fencer-Shinobi<

I heard that auto attack is pretty suck in late game so i think DWA is not good. I dont know that’s my opinion. I pick corsair c1 because of hook and jolly roger. I think hook and tornado gonna be good lol.

So, I wanna ask you that DWA in late game (lv 200+) is good or not ? because i heard that spam skill can kill mobs faster.

Oh more question, how about fencer for rank6 because all shinobi skill is pierce attack and fencer has a Attaque Coquille and the description of skill is Attack an enemy with the guard of your sword. The enemy’s defense is ignored when attacked again with [Pierce] attacks . So, i think it gonna increase the dmg of kunai. Moreover, fencer C1 has 2 skills that increase evasion rate for 50% so when using Bunshin no Jutsu u can survive easier. I dont know that’s just my opinion I didnt try it.

So, I want ur opinion about this.

Sorry for asking too much. lol
Sorry for bad English and yes thank you for answer me. :))

shinobi always go alone !

I have the same feelings like you about fencer.
My build is: sword->pelt->hop c2->cros->fencer->shinobi ; I will test this. I want to create full evasion build, i dont need finestra because i will be full dex, what do u think ?
S.

I dont know much. I know that all of skills of fencer use rapier but some skills of hop use spear. You have to be careful about that.

Yes i know that, spear + dager (use spear lunge) -> swap to rapier + dager
Im thinking about like this.
S.

Oh i get that. I think it’s ok. With the skill of hop and fencer, kunai with illusion gonna be hurt.

what is better ? dmg form frenzy lv10 or 2 debuffs for piercing think it needed to be tested

Not planning to go Shinobi but I actually picked up the empty note by randomly checking in the spot at Fedimian today :grinning:
This was on Telsiai - guess nobody on this server’s interested in Shinobi

ROFL hahaha to think nobody is interested in Telsiai makes me wonder how it’ll go once the transfer happens :open_mouth:

Fencer get evasion buffs but i thought buffs don’T apply to clones? Or do all buffs apply to clones?

Hey @NasiBubur
Sorry for late reply…
correction its knock down…not knock back sorry lol

Long stride can knock down enemies except for Large monsters and Boss Mobs.
what I meant about its uninterruptible is this…

There are skills that have cast time. Like you can see a cast bar during the animation of the skill begins, they can be interrupted just by normal attacks. These skills are common on wizards. Like Electrocute, Psychic Pressure, etc.

However, Long stride is another story. From what I’ve seen in my screen while I was playing, it doesn’t have a cast bar…but when I hold the button longer there is an animation that have some sort of blink light, so I was thinking it means its fully charged and it reached the maximum damage it can deal with the enemies, then release the button and the Hoplite will jump to the designated destination. This can be released immediately but make sure to designate your jumping designation, but it has less damage.

When I was charging my skill, I was attacked by mobs but my charging time wasn’t interrupted. And there is this mob that can knock you down with a certain skill, i thought my charging time was interrupted, but guess what, my character stood up and returned in his original form, you know the charging time of Long stride skill charge time…I thought it was a bug but when I released the button as soon as i acquired my designated destination, my character just jumped in and dealt damage. This didn’t just happened one time but many times as I can remember.

I think this skill is a stubborn type skill, at least, that’s what I called it. lol

Its not cast time, its uniquely charge time for the skill to gain more damage and you need to prolong press the assigned button for it. However, if you’re just after the knock down effect, as long as you got your destination stated, then you can release it anytime and jump over the enemy like a Spartan! XD

I admire the Long stride the most but too sad it has a long cooldown -_-
Its not even worst because knock down effect is a disable type. The skill will knock you back and down too. What I am trying to say is this, once you are hit by Long stride you will be thrown off just by 2 squares ratio from your current destination and you’ll be down after that.

Long stride and Mijin? I dunno if it works. I only use long stride to knock down my enemy then ill go near my enemy and use Stabbing Skill for burst damage.

According to other Shinobi Players, buffs doesn’t apply to clones even before or after you cast it.
