Nice GVG system

  1. In my opinion guy who designed gvg point system should get a raise or at least some kind of a bonus to paycheck. Seriously, it is such a good and well thought out point system. Create a guild, lose one match and you are ahead of guilds that are at least trying to participate.
How it should be - for lost games you get one point, for games that you win - ten.
Same goes for TBL ranking system.

  1. The guy who decided to leave respawn spot unprotected should also get some bonus moneyzz. It is really encouraging to have your respawn spot camped with enemy’s owls, ice walls and what not. Hardcore \0/ !!!

how it should be - Top platform (where you spawn) should be protected from enemy’s casts, auto attacks and skills like icewall ( blocks exits ).
Implement barriers (like one in Maven Abbey when you start doing quests there or in Saalus Canyon Mission behind those hogma shamans ) in the beginning of the stairs. I know that you still can use skills and auto attack through those but at least it will give some space to defending team. And yes I thought about defending team abusing those barriers staying on the stairs and casting/auto attacking through barrier, but it goes both ways.

I hope that those two guys is a same person and will get double bonus this month!!

i know right!!!

  1. I agree. Even on SEA, there are guilds who are on top 10 with just 1win-0lose. 10 points for the winner is too much though. 3 points for the winning guild and 1 point for the losing guild to encourage guilds to join more often.

  2. You get 10 seconds invincibility when you spawn. 1 QS2 will easily Teardown 3 enemy owl statues. Each class has a hard-counter class so I think the spawn mechanics on GBL is already good.

  1. Three points for the win is not enough. Should be ten - to avoid 4 lose a day guilds getting even close to ones who won some matches.
  2. Yeah, very nice. QS is dead and the rest of the team is dying because of owls. And don’t get me started about “counter classes”.

I think imc should hire you because you and them seem one thing in common - no logical thinking.

Invicibility means CC immunity aswell? I haven’t done much GvG but IIRC Kino’s using raise on respawn point + sleep and other stuff doesn’t care about invincibility, enough time to get rid of this “buff” and let the owls do their job.

10 ses it a bit too much… 5 sec would be fair enough

Meh, the moment you make personal remarks about other forumers means you cannot have a constructive argument/debate.

4 lost games a day = 4 points
4x7=28. 28/3 (three points as you suggested) = 9 wins. For nine wins that’s a pretty small gap. Even considering a point for every loss on a road to those 9 wins. I think with my head before posting, do you? No need to answer, i am not constructive.

edit 20 mins later.
three points win system. Lets say a guild will do 10 battles during a week. 3 wins and 7 loses. 9+7=16 points. Lets say there is a one man guild that does maximum allowed gvg fights 7x4=28. 16 vs 28
ten points win system 37 vs 28.
even with two wins you can compete with possible rank farmers. All you need is to do at least one more fight.
Looking at those numbers right now i think it should be even more points for the win. like 11 or 12.
