I bought the exclusive access 1 and created my account on the first day of launch in Orsha. I’m located in SEA so I requested for a transfer to Telsiai server. Until now I’m still waiting for my character to be transferred. I’ve already filed 3 follow-up tickets but it looks like they are being ignored. Anyone else experiencing this?
Did you send them the transfer request ticket in due time?
