Hello, well, i’m now actually new, cuz i followed the game till the early developing phase. But at the start of early access i had to forget about it due personal reasons. Anyway, I wanna create archer and i wanna play with bows, cuz i’m kinda huge fan of bows and arrows and pew-pew-pew and stuff ::3 I planned a build in calculator http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/2145kql6at/ and i need your advise about its survivability and damage potential. Also i’d like to ask yor suggestion about stats managing for such build. I’d like to have an archer, that will be independent, but with a potential to be useful in any group content.
Well the first thing i can see is Swift Step, you want atleast lv 6 of it for 100% uptime (and the attribute from C2 archer adds a crit buff to it), and the Evasion also helps.
And personally i like Kneeling Shot alot but thats up to you.
And i would get atleast level 1 of Arrow Sprinkle for Mergen, its insanely good against bosses.
Dont have any experience with Parthian Shaft but from what i heard it isnt great, might’ve change after the rework tho.
Fletcher looks fine to me, maybe take one level in Broadhead for the bleeding.
As far as stats go, a high Str build would probably be best, if you want some atk speed you could get 100-200 dex.
I usually dont get any Con, dont feel like its needed.
So i would start with going full Str, then after lv 200 or so you can decide if you want some dex or not.
You have way too many low cooldown skills that you will not have time to use a lot of them.
You would gain more taking out of points of Multishot and Heavy shot to put them in Swift Step and Full Draw ( Full Draw + Magic Arrow in normal monsters is great).
Max Flu Flu instead of Camouflage it’s a good way to draw agro.
Parthian Shaft is only a one point skill, and put one point in Arrow Sprinkle, Triple Arrow is good too put the rest of the points.
A option that I like a lot is taking out one circle of Archer to put in Ranger, that would give you Steady Aim for a nice 10% damage boost.
if aggro is the reason to take fluflu then lv 1 fluflu is enough
But, but muh damage and let’s face it… Camouflage is pretty useless…
hahaha, really depends on everybody playstyle. I like utility more than DPS so for me camouflage is better. If you want more DPS then fluflu is better than camouflage.
