New to the Archer Tree and I really want to make a Rogue

Hi!

I have almost always played a Wizard and Cleric so I am knowledge about those trees I would say. I am interested in making a Rogue as I really enjoy playing sneaky, fast attacking type characters and Rogue kind of reminds me of the Ragnarok Online one.

I looked over the Rogue skill tree and I did some research and I think I understand what to get and what’s good in that tree. My main problem is what to do before that and how many circles of Rogue I should get.

I often see Quarrel Shooter paired with Rogue but I am at a bit of a loss as to why that is done. Is there a reason I can’t go Ranger with Rogue? Wugushi? Hunter?

Quarrel Shooter looks okay. I was thinking about this build.

But I am not really sold on Quarrel Shooter. Could I get some suggestions on how to build my Rogue?

Atleast get 1 rank of Scout for Cloaking if you really want a sneaky type Rogue that combo’s with Rogue C2’s Backstab.

My Suggestion is A > A > A > S > R > R

For me, I’d go ranger c3 instead of QS 3 due to feint + barrage combo. It doubles barrage’s damage

My main concern is that being patched out.
