New Class Icons

Archer

Cleric

Swordsman

Wizard

I don’t know why they changed… anyway, these new icons are nice too :smile:
Colors in my opinion:

Green = utility/support
Red = offesive
Yellow = craft
Blue = defensive

ie: imc see Corsair as a support class(?), Paladin defensive, etc
idk, share your opinion

Cool, I like it better.

I see
Krivis is a support class
Druid is a damage dealer class

new icon is look good.

I think blue is more of defensive class. Not necessary a tank.

I like those new icons, much better IMO.

Agreed, I just changed
misspelled ;p

I… I liked old ones better =| Those ones look very generic.
But hey, at least some classes like oracle has much easier to read icons…
And sword with a bow been is files since fist beta.

very nice and informative, people will now notice the usefulness of a certain class more due to its new badge design and coloring. :+1:

All these bugs and IMC works on aesthetics.

I like it. :3

I don’t see Corsair as a supprt class other than JR. I always wondered why it’s original icon was green. Whatever floats their boat is cool.

now i wonder if the shapes means something too… o.o

The shapes are basically the same as the color coordination from what I see.

oh yeah… i just get confused by octagon and hexagon… :smiley:

Pretty. Thanks for posting these.
(wonder why it’s watermarked… they gave us the tools to extract these files anyway.)

Good, thanks. But i’m still wondering why some classes are labeled as a specific “role” that we expected to be another.

I still find it strange for wizard to be considered an offensive class based on how they fared in the icbt (i don’t think they got any love in the kcbt though), their damage is abysmal and the only good spells they really have are energy shield and sleep.

There’s something wrong if one class above it (pyro) can easily output 10 times wiz damage and they are both considered “offensive”.
God even Krivis or a Cleric, “support” classes can do more damage than a wiz.

I don’t have a problem with these…but I liked the older ones more.

I don’t know what to say about the roles though… All of the characters have mixed kind of skills. You can’t really label them like this. Like I agree that the Druid is quite offensive but on the other hand how the skills of Druid work it’s more like an utility class. Corsair is quite the same but got that green color while it has lots of offensive skills too. I don’t know… these colors are quite useless… as I said the characters are too mixed for it… even the crafters are quite supportive or even offensive so… If they rly want to show what a class is capable of they should make little circle diagrams with those colors instead lol.

I like these, they’re pretty cool.

The majority of symbols are pretty obvious on which class they represent but some of them not so much. Should be pretty easy to memorize once we get used to them tho.

Odd that summoning classes count as “crafters”

thats just my opinion =p
imo classes with the yellow symbol can create/build things
Fletcher, Dievdybris, Pardoner, Squire, Sorcerer, Necromancer and Alchemist

Still seems odd for them to be paired together as half are combat classes and half are crafters/support
