This build can work? Or C3 Archer is better? Or other progression? Suggestions please !

I assume you want either the crit rate or the bonus damage, with the nerfs to steady aim
Archer c2 - 25% bonus crit rate
Ranger c1 - 10% bonus damage
Ranger c2 - 15% bonus damage
Ranger c3 - 20% bonus damage
I would say going Archer c2>Ranger C2>Fletcher c3 would work best for the beneficial buffs. As for the SPR I wouldn’t recommend it, it doesn’t help fletcher’s SP problems much at all. STR and DEX combination along with some CON if you want some hp. Generally a flat ratio like 2:1 STR:DEX isn’t always the right answer, you can actually calculate what is optimal with your gear as it fluctuates depending on what you are geared with. Be careful when you link something to someone. AFAIK, that reddit link uses the wrong formula for the crit chance.
As a guideline, the new changes to dex happened recently and I can’t find that data currently.
