I currently have a 103 Ranger (A1/R3, planning to go Fletcher 3) which can hit 118 with my current level 4 EXP cards, and I have 200+ level 5 cards ready to be popped when the time is right.
I’m thinking of playing a SPR/DEX Oblique Shot Archer (Going A3 > S1 > Rogue 3) till it scales off (I’m guessing somewhere between 100-150) and then to respec into a Rogue build for PVP, since the first founder’s pack gives reset scrolls, which I’m planning to get when it’s 30% off. The Scout/Rogue/Archer C3 costumes are really nice and I wanna use 'em.
I level mostly by questing by following this guide. I’m not a fan of grinding, though I’ll do it if I absolutely have to. I very much prefer questing.
Yes, I want to do one-shots with the Rogue build, but I’m worried about the leveling efficiency. It seems the only thing Rogues get over Fletchers is the ability to one-shot stuff; Fletchers seem to do everything else much better.
So here I am asking for some advice on which builds you’d think would be better for both PvE and PvP, and it’d be great if we could get a discussion going too.
