Cant say that. Especially in pvp i use Shield on Cooldown , the wall is Gold and everything else is to annoy ppl and check out who doesnt use dispeller

There are already some discussions about that in the Forums. Both Builds wont do as much DMG as ele and you will take a supportive role in pve. Cryo3s cc is stronger , Psychos dmg better . For an in depth discussion you should read one of the existing topics
