After all the community helped me, I made a new research and tried to made a new Build of SR.
I have some questions:
1 - Is that Build Good for PvE or PvP or Both? Someone have any suggestion?
2- What are the skills that unmount the SR? On the archer tree? (it will help to improve the build)
3- Someone knows if SR with pet mounted change his movement speed?
4- I saw that stats can be Dex>Str>Spr is that right? Archers need Con? How much of Spirit and Con a A3 QS3 SR2 needs?

1,2 - Actually it might be good according to the info above
3 - Yes, +10% ms (base movement speed is 30, you gain 3)
4 - I never saw someone going SPR, so I guess its safe to suppose you dont need it. Most archer builds go mass dex (all dex or mb 100 str rest dex). Only mb sapper and wugushi go str heavy
