If you’re trying to get all of them you’re probably going to have a bad time in that you won’t be all in for any of them specifically.
I find the easiest way is to just consider the builds like components for what you’re getting, and you will usually aim to not back track, (i.e. if QS3 is Rank2->4 don’t get it Rank 4->6)
Fletcher and SR is a terrible combination, but to go over some basics here:
Rank 1/Archer
C1: Because something else is better R2
C2: Swift Step crit attribute
C3: Kneeling Step, full DEX ; WIth soon to come update, Swift Step for MORE crit rate
Rank 2
Quarrel Shooter
C1: Stone Shot stun, Pavise for gathering mobs, not really a PvE choice
C2: Never do this
C3: Running Shot
Ranger
C1: Steady Aim, some good AoE skills, easy leveling (great filler)
C2: Same reasons
C3: Maximimizing steady aim, if you’ve got a character who won’t need more skills in their rotation (SR3, Fletcher3 largely) this means more raw damage output
Rank 3
Sapper
C1: Never do this, you’ll get more out of other filler class
C2: Broom Trap
C3: Broom Trap attribute, more AoE damage
Hunter
For PvE this has never been recommended
Rank 4
Wugushi
C1-C3: Good filler class if you want DoTs to apply, rank is amount of filler, the thing is you will almost always get more out of 2-3 ranks of Sapper than 2-3 ranks of Wugushi it feels, so generally it’s a 1 rank filler.
Scout
C1:Cloaking (PvP, bonus damage), Fluflu
C2:Never do this, PD is mostly trash it seems
C3:Split Arrow, nerfed hard so hardly worth it anymore, but a possiblitiy
Rank 5
Rogue
C1:Sneak Hit, don’t bother with it if you don’t have the mobility to stay behind them
C2:more Sneak Hit, Lach
C3:more Sneak Hit, synergy with Hackapell
Fletcher
C1:Never do this.
C2:Perma-bleed, but never do this ,go all the way or don’t
C3:Large sustained damage from combination of attacks, but can cost time/silver crafting arrows.
Appraiser
C1:Overestimate’s Subweapon buff, Blindside nuke is useful but not build worthy over some other choices or C2’ing some previous choices
Rank 6
Schwarzer Reiter
C1: Never do this
C2: Never do this
C3: Limacon(now 100% uptime)+Retreat Shot, you will center yourself around this.
Falconer
C1:Circling ADR-5,
C2: Never do this
C3:Circling attribute, Aiming, very very nice support to anyone based around AAR

Cannoneer
C1:Never do this, forces weapon so you should go all in. Also Bazooka or Kneeling is core to cannons
C2:High damage from skills (CON: weapon/subweapon)
Musketeer
C1:Never do this. Forces weapon so you should go all in.
C2:High damage, I don’t know quite enough about Musketeers to give more than that.
Rank 8
Hackapell
C1:We’ll see what R9/10 have for us, but largely damage.
Mergen
C1:AoE damage
Anything Rank 6 and above is build defining in that you are taking it to the end of your build in almost.
Everything before then I grab based on what I see, I usually start with the end of the build (R5+) and work my way down from there with priority to some classes that are amazing for early classes (QS3 if I’ll be an AAer that’s not SR3, Sapper 2/3 if I’ll need more AoE, Archer2 if I’ll benefit heavily from the crit rate).
