Because I’m working on full DEX, my main damage will be from Kneeling Shot as every DEX increases damage while kneeling.
Which path should I choose?
Archer C3 first
or
Quarrel C3 first?

Quarrel C3. You will want to kill yourself if you take Archer 3 first, leveling will be brutal
Save urselft go quarrel shooter 3 first
Always go A1, QS3 then A3.
Like what the fellow players said, it will be awfully painful process if you choose A3 first.
qs3 is when the build comes online, and when it comes online at the earliest possible plus about 50 or so lvls it is its strongest vs the content you face. in archer3/qs3 path, your build is only online when you are qs3. take it rank 4 (lvl 75-80) rather than rank 6 (175ish).
i dont think there is a qs3 path where the build prefers getting qs3 at a late rank. maybe if you go sapper2 for aoe - but that still puts you hoping for single target damage and tying you to broom trap basically by itself for ranks 4 and 5.
QS3. You’ll want to get Running Shot ASAP and there’s a bit of exp slowdown nearing Rank5.
