I’m read about this [decay] effect on tosbase they said…
Enemies affected by [Decay] receive additional damage from Missile attacks.
But I wonder is it effect any magic skill? like Magic Missile for example? Any Necro around here? 
Aren’t Missile attacks 90% of Archer’s skills?
And well, basic attacks.
And like, not a single magic one, Magic Missile is just non-elemental magic damage, not a missile even if it is on the name.

Decay also does something to the max hp of the target. Testing is needed.
