Safe zone changes will be bad.
If people can get cc’d until buff get’s away or use skill to make people move (like magnetic force) will be a precast fest.
This is actually better than Ragnarok Onlines WoE where you only have invincibility for about 5-10 seconds after entering through a warp, if you move/attack it will directly end.
However, in RO this “invincibility” includes unable to get targeted/attacked/cced, so maybe it also applies here in TOS?
LETS HOPE.
The ideal would be a green zone where you could not use attack / cc skills, only buffs.

Devs should try at least 1 session in beta to reduce all damage to 1 and see how the GTW works on low damage Gameplay. IMC #1 Priority should be Class balance than everything else.
