First of all, i can say i enjoyed this game, i played on CBT and paid launch aswell, and want to share what i experienced playing the game, and things i would change or improve, although saying is easy i think imc can handle it.
And the current state of this game is basically levelling character with power
leveling, dungeons and grind mixed with some quests, just to create another character to level it again, with no end game objetive, or batleground PvP most people just quit the game and return to do this cycle when some major update reach the iTOS.
Lets talk about changes then
1- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Quests- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Most people dont even do them, why? its not worth, you will do a lot of quests, and go to a lot of maps to grab some hundreds of EXP Cards and it wont give you that much of EXP.
But real the problem is not even that, remember when you had to pick one herb among 5 herbs and everytime you pick all the 5 herbs and only got bleeding? its frustrating it’ll just add to your rage bar, and for my surprise the game has a bunch of those quests, so what change i think that would improve:
-Make quests less frustrating
-Add the quantity of ExP cards you get (seriously do it)
-Make them short (less killing, gathering or travelling). Dont remove thou
-Less competition between players to get quests itens
-Remove that timer of a item who buff a mob just to kill it after
2- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Dungeon - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
So recently i saw that they are adding some dungeons that wont be needed unless for drops,because the current states of dungeons is like 6 dungeons for leveling and the rest is for drops
So the changes:
-Rework some of the dungeons to get levels aswell just to remove the famous lv160 deadzone for new players
-add some system on the /indun windows to show how many players are queueing on each dungeon (how i hate to walk to one dungeon to see that im the only one whos is waiting)
3- - - - - - - - - - - - - My Dear P-CHAN- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
well imc have you heard the news? guinea pigs are dying of hunger,
please sell their food on companion npc.
4- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -OBJECTIVES(PvE)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
So you get that delicious rank8 so what you do now? oh yeah you create another character! dont want it? Well you need a warlock to farm DP2 or a necro to afk farm, but you can do some dungeons runs to get that juicy recipe if you’re lucky. World boss? most guilds and people wont share their timer and the game dont have one like RO. but you can always farm some really really rare materials that you get when you kill arround million mobs!!
so changes
-Make some changes that stops warlocks from doing what they do right now and necro too
-Increase dungeon entry limit or remove it entirely (restrictions only make games go bad)
-Put a board on maps where worlds boss spawns to show when they got killed or time remaining for the respawn
-Make farming fun like harvest moon or stardew
-Put some timed events everyday each 8 hours for everyone like rifts or anything else that anyone can go and get something.
5- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OBJECTIVES (PvP) - - - - - - - - - - - - -
PvP is not balanced but can be fun, instead of deathmatchs why not
a battleground where you need to secure spots, kill mobs or summon to defend the spot or a free-for-all? I would love it
-Balance please
-Battlegrounds or free-for-all that make you stop from creating a character just o level it again
-Create a Map where everyone can go and just fight without getting anything but PvP experience
Well thats all, i really enjoyed the game and i think its promissing but right now im not playing since i got bored, but with some improvements and objectives i think i would return to continue my character instead of creating another, good job imc for fixing its everyday but i would love if you guys improve it too
