He didn’t get banned for buying the blessed shards, he got banned for using Hook64 to make those blessed shards. You guys need to face the truth and understand IMC keeps logs of every player. I was temp banned for the DPK issue we had a few months back when items were dropping at an abnormal rate. I knew it was messed up but continued to exploit it. Yes I deserved the ban and all my drops were taken away. Your friend Gaia is guilty.
There are a lot of Veteran players who use hook64 and your friend Gaia was one of them, only problem is he got caught.

This is why it’s a bad idea to invest too much of your time and/or money in to online games.
It can be taken away from you at any time for any or no reason and with no remorse from the very company who are all too happy to take your money in exchange for virtual items that have no tangible value.
Weather the guy is guilty or not is not for me to judge but it can definitely be a sharp reminder for myself and others not to waste 7 thousand hours on a game like this when you can so easily end up with nothing to show for it.
Just to clarify: you will never know why he is really being banned through GM, open a ticket or Topic.

IMC didn’t ban looking only at the reports, but they have done investigation only on him.
And they do this in every single report.

But, as I’ve said, like Gaia I got (in the past in another game) a lot of report for have the highest gear.
People who is jealous spread the voice that I was a prostitute for have more gear, when I simply farmed really a lot.
For sure the staff have done a lot of investigation on me and they never found a reason to ban me.
What I want to say is: if you got banned, there must be a reason.
Without a reason they can’t ban you.

Actually they can ban you without reason. They don’t have to tell you why. Also they dont ban people just because they get tons of reports. They investigate first and check logs and if they see anything wrong they ban you.
Just face the fact he wasn’t “legit” at all.
Do not deprive us of our TBL swordsmen.

No, forget it.
They can’t ban without a reason.
They must tell you why you are banned, but they can lie or they can be superficial.
If they have found something in the log, they don’t have to share when, where is the reason.
They got X report, they investigate, found the reason (we will never know what is) and proceed with ban.
