Multi Classing system :pros and con stated. IMC pls do consider

actually i think instead of asking for another extra skill tree feature.
maybe they SHOULD implement something called “multiclassing system”

let me explain this.
TOS is all about having different classes and wat we all face is this

  1. ending up with a wrong class and build
  2. wasting time making new char just to remake a build
  3. when a new rank arise, we MIGHT get screwed if there is a nerf or a buff
  4. too many classes to choose from and there are “useless” classes there does support (alchemist,peter piper ,etc)

so how do we tackle this?
let’s everyone have access to reclassing.
it is done in most games .
and i can see a high need for this function to be implimented.
it will practically kill off player rants like
1)OMG PLS ADD RECLASS SCROLLS PLS
2) damn it,i accidentally choose a wrong class!!!

ok now for pros and con in terms of player and IMC (we do have to care about how the company feel too and not just player.after all this is a business trait for them)

Pros

  1. IMC wouldnt have to make too much of a prob trying to solve future issues having to give out free respec of class
    (if there is any buff or nerf,aka giving them more freedom to play around the need of balancing classes ingame)

2)players would have a chance to still go into the correct classes if they kinda screw things up

  1. IMC STIILL can add in a cash item option of adding class respec for those who wanna P2W, and dont wanna just clear off the “wrong class”
    kinda like a shortcut for those who can afford cash shop/TP

  2. players get to play every class and try everything out,
    Aka making the game last EVEN longer then just maxing out ur lvl
    (some players like myself , we love maxing all the class lvl to get every option and try everything out,without having to worry that we wasted our time on a useless path)

ok now for CON

  1. IMC Might lost out in players buying more slots to add into the lodge,
    but really now…33tp ,u wont really gain a lot of income out of everyone,
    and most players (especially the F2P ones)
    would try to limit their use of the maxing out the lodge anyway.
    keep the companion as part of the lodge increase.
    i agree with that. so u can still really make players pay for the slots.

  2. players might have to spend more time playing
    which is a good and bad thing .
    i wont complain about this but i will state it as a con for some ranting players.
    but let me add this.
    as classes progress.
    make the class exp slightly harder to lvl.
    example :
    wiz c1 : req 100 exp to max 15 class lvl
    wiz c2 : req 200 exp to max 15 class lvl
    wiz c3 : req 300 exp to max 15 class lvl

3)IMC having to impliment a new npc or function for it.
not too sure if this will crack the programming team but i dont think it is a hard thing to do.they are after all the wiz of the game developers :slight_smile:
