Monk's DPS extremely ping dependant / queuing up skills

Hi,

well I have no idea whether this has been pointed out (actually pretty sure it has) but I’m also coming up with a suggestion. As most of you familiar with the Monk class are aware, we rely solely on Double Strike (or was it Double Punch? Whatever.) to deal damage when we are not throwing out an Energy Blast every minute. For those who don’t know, this skill virtually has no cast time nor cooldown, and is supposed to be only limited by the time it takes to complete the animation. Honestly I very much like the concept behind the Monk, but the class becomes useless for whoever has poor ping (as of now, a very large part of the non-NA players most likely, hopefully things will get better with the transfer to Telsiai/Fedimian) since you always have a short delay, meaning you are not dealing the damage you are supposed to do (we’re talking about around 200 to 300ms of delay between each cast in my case). So I thought, why don’t you guys implement a “skill queue” similar to what some other MMOs have (notably thinking about Guild Wars 2 here, and to a lesser extent, a hidden mechanic for some champions in LoL)?

I am completely not aware of the inner workings of the games’ technical side and even less about how feasible this is, but basically, for those unfamiliar with the thing it’s pretty simple. The game queues up your next skill(s) when you are trying to cast a skill although the previous one has yet to be completed, so that once it is complete, you immediately starts to cast the skill that was queued up. This queue can usually be interrupted by a movement command, or can be altered by trying to cast another skill if the skill you queue up is not the one you want. This could immensely help Monks with poor ping so that they can now spam their main DPS skill as intended, and could also be beneficial for the other classes as well.

I apologize if this has been requested before, but this could definitely be of a huge help.

Thoughts?
