Monk 3 build 2018

OR go Druid 2 (maybe take Diev1 along the way too for more damage on plant monsters), and go Monk 3 while relying on Shape-shifting & Transform at Druid 2 (JK).

I won’t really comment on Druid for now, seems like a lot of changes going on that may or may not be final (old lycan change was sad to watch).

So is Monk C3 doable with SP pots or should you throw in Kabba for the sp bump?

IE: Monk c2 > Kabba > Zealot c2

I currently use krivis3 monk3 zealot2 and it eats up so much sp that I can’t catch up even if I melstis the sp recovery effect from potions. If you’re not willing to use 3-4 different potions (alchemist, npc, keistas, and sp elixir from leticia cube), then go ahead and add in kabba. An alternative would be getting spr from gears, though I’m not sure how effective this is since I’m using a solmiki leather set.

I just reached cleric2-krivis3-monk-kabba-zealot2 and now I can see that monk2/3 has it use as many users above points out.

Double punch strike debuff is not 100% chance so monk 2 god finger flick can be the start of rotation. Monk3 can extend which may help a bit. Still, as many said double punch is a filler.

Golden bell shield monk3 for extra protection but it’s not a must to go monk3 for this. You still have Invulnerability from zealot and gazing golem card to prevent knockdown.

Energy blast, One Inch punch from monk 2 onward. I still don’t see any reason to have this in rotation when you have many other skill to use.

You are trading something for something. Cleric2 can go healer role if needed but Divine Might is also something to add damage to all your zealot skill. Kabba is just a cheap build to cover sp consumption. And I take back what I said about monk3 being overrated as it’s more of preference of your playstyle. Altho I still won’t recommend anyone to go monk3.

I got cleric2-Priest-Diev-Monk3-Zealot2.
Make yourself a squire and get 70-100 of SPR, through gear or stats, don’t matter. With squire buffs and diev statue I bring my SP regen ticks to 2 seconds sitting and almost no sp usage when over the statue effect.

Energy blast is a filler after the 2nd Fanatic illusion thats all.
You can use Zaibas as well but as dex build eb is just better.

And it looks like a dragon ball rip off

In my opinion, Zealot just fits perfectly with Monk…

The class just utilizes Zealot buffs further than any other Cleric rank. I just can’t see any class that uses Fanaticism and Blind Faith debuff to such an extent. I have lost 1 line of double punch myself because of recent ping changes, and have been pondering so much If I should just drop the class entirely…

But I just can’t see Pal3 competing with Monk3 in-terms of DPS in END Content, I frequent CM7 and can carry 3 Leech up to CM6 easily, though SP Usage is insane, but that doesn’t really mater to me.
Right now I’m just working around the bad ping (0.180 - 0.240 Ping on cm7 or WB) through optimal stat allocation. My current allocation is at 220 Dex from equips and going any further than that doesn’t net me any Aspd increase. This includes a test with full SPR Quickening, even with that still no change.

Monk3 by itself is lackluster, you shouldn’t really compare it to a class that will eventually end at Rank 10. It’s already fairly strong for a Rank 7 Class. that’s why it needs a class to make it stronger.
Zealot with Monk is like Ultra Instinct Goku. Zealot with Paladin is SSJ Blue Goku. They are both strong, but work very differently. Watch DB Super to find out.

PS: I’m not a fan of divine might because of the skill delay. Nor do I want to play a class that fits a 3 in 1 role. C1>Krivis3>Monk3>Zeal2 is a pure carry build, if you want to support and do damage I suggest you get off this track. The healing changes on cleric rebalance will make your pitiful 5 tile Heal do close to nothing, since it will be stat reliant. I’m quite positive that Cleric2 won’t even be enough even if you run Full SPR.
