Missing animation and sound for 2-Handed Sword normal attack

Date and Time : 5/28/2018 3:21PM EST – Eastern Standard Time

Server Name: Klaipeda

Team Name: Kinotsu

Character Name: Kinotsu

Bug Description :
Anytime I use a normal attack with a 2-Handed Sword, one of the alternate animations is missing and plays no sound when I attack. The “slashing” effect is completely missing and doesn’t occur. This happens every single time I use normal attack and it happens with any 2-Handed Sword. All of my drivers are up to date and I already tried verifying the integrity of game files on Steam and nothing seems to fix it. I’ve tried messing with all the in-game settings including “Low Mode” “Auto Setup” and “Disable” under the Performance and nothing fixes it. Under Graphics Settings, everything is turned on and it still happens no matter what.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Equip a 2-Handed Sword
  2. Use Normal Attack

That is called optimization in IMC books.

Could you check if it’s still missing after today’s maintenance?

I have the same issue. I’m from [SA]Silute. Only one slash animation has sound.

Still missing the sound

Still missing, also it may affect the sound of "Concentration"too.

It’s still missing after the maintenance.

Only one slash has animation and sound.

The other is still broken.

22 days later, a few maintenance’s later, and probably a few patches later, issue still hasn’t been fixed.

I’m surprised every swordsman isn’t complaining about it actually, I wonder if it only affects a certain amount of people or they just don’t notice.

I’m complaining about and already sent a ticket, but people prefer to listen their music instead of ToS soundtrack
