I’ve already created a ticket concerning this and received a rather generic answer that solves literally nothing. I bought a 100TP bundle pack on Nov. 3, around 9:30pm server time and here we are on Nov. 6, 3pm server time, still waiting for my 100TP bundle pack. Is there any way I can not get a robotic answer to my ticket on what in the world is going on, or how I can get a refund on my money because this honestly isn’t worth the money to wait three days to get the items I paid for.
I opened a ticket for my bundle as well, they reply to me that they are aware of the issue. @GM_Francis @STAFF_Max Any updates?
