Ive been playing since CBT2. Same PC, same conection. And this never happend to me before. Until last pach.
The thing is 1/4 skills fails. But animation is played and time is wasted while being stucked.
I found a lot of people sharing this problem

Same here, failing your Earth Wave is no fun, especially since you’re already close to the mob…
same with my archer (fletcher) when i use bleeding and magic arrow, sometimes i get stuck for about 1-2 seconds and cannot move. 
I can confirm this has become an issue for me as well. It happened before, but it was rare, while now it happens a lot.

All old problems that had enhancements in the past, those enhacements were lost in the “merge”.
IMC don’t know what to do.

getting stuck for 1-3 seconds. usually happens when casting my own buffs (steady aim, swift step)
