You don’t go for manamana for more damage because the handgun does pretty much the same (a bit more on certain skills and a bit less on others). You take it for the extra stats it adds.
Since archers start with 0 AAR, unless you are stacking AAR with vubbe gloves or have double gladiators/phadas, that +1 AAR is as good as nothing. If you have at least 3 AAR, you’ll start seeing Concentrated fire hitting 2 medium targets, which is a pretty nice damage improvement
If you’re going for the DEX meta, the extra critical rate is kinda pointless, because you’ll hit the cap without it anyway… But if you’re not, it’s really good. And +1 extra movement speed is… What? A +3%? I find it useless
You may be better off without it depending on your gears/stats just as it could be great
