i think there is no specification for the requirement tho, just the one with extra amount of time playing, and hardcore farmer/hunter for gather the material. and so on and so on.

Hmm I kind of want to join this guild , sadly im more of a guy who goes out adventuring to find rare items and then sell them on my store. though i do want to make an alchemist and a blacksmith for my crafting needs.

I still say there should be a premium membership option that gives us our own quarters + a shop NPC who sells stuff for us while we go hunt for more.

Im experianced grinder from other mmos (marc/swordfish/manyothers cards in ragnarok, gold in aion, gold in wow etc.)
