I don’t understand how something as simple as joint penalty can blow up to be something so complicated.
Joint Penalty isn’t a ■■■■■■■ damage skill, it’s a debuff and a constant multiplier. The constant is N or 2N(if all mobs are in the AoE). That’s all there is to it. Jesus ■■■■■■■ christ.

The origin of this topic is from Linker C1 Joint Penalty is OP and need to be nerfed, we are trying to argue against OP that from number wise, a rank in Linker is only as strong as other class that can kill 5 mobs in 15 seconds.
