no results when I searched this on the LINE app’s sticker shop.
is it region locked in some countries? 
I checked in imcGAMES creator category, I could find the vakarine stickers but not this one.

Due to Cultural issues, we’re not able to release on some countries but following regions.
Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Austrailia, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Denmark, France,
Luxemburg, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Spain, England, and South Africa

That is correct, Marnox, Hauberk, and Rexipher also not to mention the mysterious bird from Skiaclipse
