What is the sense of it now? I get it during iCBT because there is a 1:1 silver trading so if you want to sell your item in the market, there is a sale commission. But now? Is there still a need for this? Like we have another option to sell items for silver.
I see you’re new to MMOs, 10% commission is there to reduce reselling, partial money sink is secondary. 30% is there to limit silver trading but considering how many bots there are (in payed EA) and how many of them have arde daggers, it’s ineffective.

Not new. Only new to a game wherein you can’t trade silvers. I played iCBT and it’s much easier to sell items back then. And I think the potential is there to prevent reselling.
