make new hybrid gem so more diversity to stat distribution n class choice
example, orange gem, give less phyatk and less cri-atk compared to pure bred red or yellow

More diversity is always good. I’d like to see something like this. Maybe even the ability to have a alchemist fuse a monster gem with a “normal” gem 
fusing monster gem with normal gem is abit imba
how about, hatching the monster gem, i think archer hunter class should handle this task
call it, lesser monster gem… usage, when unsocketing monster gem by hunter, it become lesser monster gem that is material
combine 3 lesser monster gem by alche to make it a full monster gem again~

btw, yellow+green= greenish light blue gem, increase lesser cri-atk n lesser cri-rate
so swordman/archer can spare more stat to Str/Con
maybe squire3 can do the mixing gem
