Magic Amplification for summoner

Hi guys, recently i read up about magic amplification from _Vahn on this post:

I am playing in KR server When equipped with staff with Magic attack 165, my normal strikes and skills constantly deal about 300 (normal atk) and 900 for skills when i changed to a weapon with 98Magic Attack, with secondary effect of +180 Magic Amplification, my attack became 200- 400 (normal atk) and 800 - 1000 for skills. Don't tell me a mage need to use an accuracy gloves lollll anyone care to explain how does it work? Side question: Sorcerer's summoning skill beyond level 1, what do…

im currently going for full summon (Soc and Neco)
So was wondering if this affect summoned monster in some way as well?
