never said it was final dummy, I said it’s trash at the level they have it at. They need to make it 100 minimum for the test bed.

nope i get your point but you say “you people always blah blah blah” dont make assumptions and incorrect statements when trying to prove a point.
Level 100 is a very good starting point for a GLOBAL chat that all can see. We dont need to see bots/gold sellers (those level 40 or less - the should have A MENTOR SYSTEM for new players) and we dont need to see trolls who are F2P and just there to makes others view their childish garbage on a global chat (all those 41-100). Thats the point.
I dunno, maybe it’s because we have actual evidence of it? They wouldn’t work so hard to implement all of this then go “lol nvm”.
Unless you have better proof or evidence [other than your feelings, of course] to support that it won’t up.
So if they decide to leave it at lv 280 as max and make it harder to level up;
then ya, level 40 would be fine as it would be a lot harder to reach 40.
But in the games current state, level 40 is just to low.
Lv40 did the job and is doing it pretty well, I haven’t seen a single global chat spammer since then, they’ve resorted to city local chat spamming, not global.
All you are doing by doing this is punishing more players for bots actions, level 40 is fine. They just need to implement other things to prevent botting and not just capping the level cap.
