Your screenshots just show this person standing still and not doing anything wrong…
I am not going to deny that they are a bot, but just from your screenshots alone it doesn’t look like they are.
They have an Adventure Index over 12000, have completed enough quests to get the Greatest Heir and Tenant’s Friend achievements, and they actually care about how their character looks because they bought premium hair. These things certainly don’t mean they can’t be a bot, but they are things that are not typical of a bot.
