Ping in game (//ping) = 0.3 - 0.5

Where from? VPN Mudfish is a pretty good solution. changed my ping from 200ms-300ms to 45-60ms (depends on peak hour). But the downside is just you need to pay for it.

Yes, roughly 1 hour of game time. You will understand more from the website.
But anyway, there is a difference between our case, i got high ping even from echo server and in game (200ms-250ms) since day 1. Unlike you, you got a pretty decent ping from echo server, so maybe you could solve it without using vpn.
