This chart shows only top 5, the other saviors also did voted to Oracle master as well.
She is just right next rank to the Lucia. Actually she is not that far from Lucia.
I think it is possible that she will prevail against Lucia next week.
But, well you still have to face the secret cult of Boruble.

Maybe someday you guys can do this event again and include a handful of quest NPCs, Zanas deserves some candy after having his soul wiped from existence. :^(
