Hi there,
So when you lock the skill bar you can remove the skills but can’t add them back, for that you need to unlock it.
So if you lock the skill bar it should hold the skill in place and you shouldn’t be able to remove it until you unlock the bar.

I noticed that the skill bar lock actually locks them only until you use a skill, then becomes bugged allowing you to move and remove skills but not to place them back, until you unlock the bar…so it’s actually worse than having bar always unlocked.
I’m playing with mouse setting so i sometimes need to click something or to move with mouse, i don’t want my skills to disappear!
Yea this needs fix please, really annoying for mouse UI users
