List of Suggestions

Here i will mantain a list of suggestions.

If you would like to add something to this list, post in thread and try to be as brief yet detailed as possible.
Format;
-Short Description
*Elaboration and/or Reasoning


-Option to Enable/Disable damage numbers, alternatively change font type/size.
*Preferance, Customization

-Ui customization, move/resize/transparency.

-Remove hardcoded hotkey key restrictions.
*Examples; LShift, LAlt, LControl, Mouse Buttons

-Chat window; Allow creation of custom tabs to filter various channels.
*It’s useful to have different tabs for different occassions

-Secondary options for vsync; FPS 30-60-90-120-uncapped.
*With vsync fps is capped at 60, without it no way to cap since out-of-game capping is ignored

-True fullscreen option, currently only accessible through xml edit.
*Better performance, Current fullscreen isn’t truely fullscreen just a maximized borderless window.

-Hotkey bar mouseover skill descriptions lack sp cost and cooldown duration.
*Convenience

-Gems with the same rank/experience should stack.
*Less clutter in inventory

-A deck-inventory for cards seperate from normal inventory.
*Less clutter in inventory

-Option to disable dynamic/static/whole-scene shadows.
*Preferance and performance

-Option to hide minimap, fps counter, automatic hiding of chatwindow when no activity for 3-5min
*Less clutter on screen

-Recommend moving middle-of-screen notifications/message to the side or top.
*Less clutter on screen

-Options to limit amount of onscreen players&mobs, currently only accessible through xml edit.
*Performance

-Force players in overcrowded channels to switch to another channel unless they are in party.
*Latency and Performance

-Allow player to rearrange items inside of stash.
*So i can put stuff with other stuff where i want it

-Some kind of bot-detection system, There is an addon that uses a dictonary method to auto-block and report.
*ESSENTIAL!

-Cashshop barely has anything in it, add much more to it, How do you intend to monetize??
*More costumes and hats, skins for weapons and shield, effects like footprints and auras, ect~

-Nearby party info; Send party join request by left-clicking on it.
*Convenience

-Add auto-invite to party settings, send invitation to suitable players. Allow players to disable auto-invite requests in options.
*So ronery

-Remember last used party settings.
*It’s annoying having to reset everything

-Putting things into or taking out of storage shouldn’t cost silver.
*Unnecessary money sink.

-Something to make it a bit easier to see npcs that have non-marked quests.
*Convenience

-Increase base max weight for classes that dont tend to invest into str or con
*Balance

-Add 5 sec timer to area transitons with onscreen display showing that in x amount of seconds player will transition.
*To prevent accidentally stepping too close to transition arrow

-Limit character headmovement to facing direction and about 30 degrees rotation.
*Because i am not an owl

-Improvement to dungeon matchmaking system, allow player to continue playing whilst in que
*Why do i have to stand there like a statue

-Remove minimum and maximum price requirements from market sale.
*Even with farm-bots Free market is still better for economy

-Option to disable profanity filter
*Because some of us are adults

I do hope the plan isn’t to launch without implementing seriously needed fixes.
There are constant lagspikes and performance wise the game doesn’t even properly utilize multiple cores.
I’ve been playing mmo’s for close to 30 years now and let me tell you clearly, if these issues aren’t resolved this game will flop within the year.

-Controls for summons as basic actions, not skills or, alternatively, make the summon AI rotate towards its target before attacking
*The summon AI is just bad, if the AI itself doesn’t get improved, we should have the ability to control it to some degree WITHOUT investing skill points

-Ability to bind class-specific menus to some button
*Necro, Sorc, and Wugushi all use monster cards as part of their class. There will always be people who want to switch their cards quickly.

-Show extra resources on the player’s main UI
*Tying in with the previous suggestion, Necro and Wugushi both have class specific resources (Poison and Corpse) that, for whatever reason, can only be monitored from their card menus. This should not be the case.

Edit: forgot to add this…

-Allow the ability to sort things by their English names
*Sorting things by their korean names doens’t help us at all

In that case it’s a Massively Multiplayer Offline RPG. Ever been to a multi-party D&D campaign?

i believe they call those “conventions” xD

but actually trying to run multiple parties thru the -same- dungeon at the -same- time… ugh, that would be a logistical nightmare.

I find myself annoyed by the utterly noob chat censor. I cannot even say the word “class” in a game that has classes.

the censor should be modified so that it checks for “{space}ass{space)” instead of “ass”. so it doesn’t block words like “class” or “assassin”.
and make provisions for the first space at the start of a line of text, just in case people say nothing but “ass”.
same for all the other censored words. insert some spaces.

and if anyone gets blocked by enough people, just mute them pending a bot check. seriously.

there’s no way to check that. a “block” is on the client end. it just stops showing you what the person is saying. the server has no idea who you’ve blocked.

Would really like to see a fix to the lack of diminishing return on crowd control abilities… Pretty sad that you can literally get frozen/cc’d to death by some mobs/classes. It’ll need to be fixed before PvP or there will be a LOT of rage.

if that is true, its a problem.
a pretty reliable sign of a chatbot is when a person has been blocked by 100 people. and its super annoying that all these blocks fill up your “friends” list.
