Yes that’s what I requested and asked.
being able to get reward for leveling from 329 to 330.
but of course I cannot guarantee what and how the GMs / staves interpreted my question.

Annoyingly so, I already bought TP for a skill reset anyway. Oh well, I guess I’ll have some rethinking to do. 
@Gurgle in case you didn’t hear, going from 329 to 330 now allows you to open whatever chest number you have.
