Leveling from 150 to 200+

pretty much

20 characters

Basically. The 175 dungeon is pretty bad.

the xp per mob is fine, but the density is low so you don’t get much to kill good loot though

For those of you who did no grinding, does this include the 100% journal kills? As in, did you complete any of those?

Level 150 is where you’re going to really need to start grinding one way or the other. At this point mission and dungeon xp are a tiny fraction of what they were from 50-150. Currently my alt at level 160 gets 7% xp from a mission boss. My level 112 alt gets 25%. You’re caught up to the leveling curve that was reset at 136. There is simply no possible way to make it from 150 to the 186 reset without grinding something. There simply are not enough xp cards in the game to get you there. Lv5 cards and below are meaningless, drops in the bucket. And if you have any left, it means you have been grinding previously.

Whether you grind daily missions & dungeons, or demon prison/dina bee farm doesn’t really matter. I personally have found it possible to get excellent xp per hour from demon prison, the only challenge being finding a decent party.

Let’s look at the math. Getting from 150-186 is going from 54.5m to 179m xp. That’s 125m xp. Doing quests in that level range will give you level 7 and level 8 cards. All of those cards combined will give you 62m xp which is only half way there. Add some extra cards for map completion and maybe you saved some level 6 cards (anything lv5 & below is a meaningless drop in the bucket) and mayybe you can stretch that to 80m. You still need to get 45m xp.

Grinding at this point is an inevitability.

I do the ones with less than a hundred kills prior to reaching 200. If it’s more than that I don’t bother. I’ve only recently bothered completing it now at my level 200+, because quests are fewer.

180 here personally I grinded from 62-77 cause I dident know better and I grinded from 150-155 after that I just used cards did missions and dungeons was at 177 used 40 lvl 8 cards to get some lvls so I could put points into skills. Also I think y people say the 175 dungeon isn’t good which is not true. the problem is all of the dungeos befor where after the exp table reset therefore u lvled fast where as the 175 dungeon is just befor the exp table reset so it takes longer to lvl like it should but I think it’s just fine considering its kinda small map exp does slow down alot as u get closer to the exp table reset so yea xD

Well, I wasted all my xp cards 6, and now i have to grind to 170 in Dina Bee Farm, to avoid getting in the 170-186 range, because leveling from 170 to 186 is a pain in the ass. I’m currently 163. I’m going to use all my exp 7,8 cards to get 190.

Great math, thanks for pointing out the 45+m xp that need to come from somewhere.

I thought the same thing… there is no xp reset like in most other dungeons that’s why it must appear rather bad in terms of progress.

That’s the thing. It might take you 3-4 hours for all the dungeon entries and missions already… so you are very much ahead of the maps you could quest in. The daily playtime makes a huge difference.

I am level 165 and the only thing i really grind is the wings of vibora achievements.
Other than that you can do 3 missions every day and get at least a level from that with token, and do 2 or 3 quests from the 5 repeatable every day those tomes may help you get near to 20~30%, so it can take some time but it’s not like “oh no i am stuck i cant level up anymore”.
I ahve 93kk exp on books, but i dont want to use them now, so its fine i still need 60% of the monsters on vibora.

You start getting Lv7 cards on ~140 maps. I don’t know why you’d want to save them until after 170, unless you just really like grinding.

I think the best use of cards is to help you bridge the gaps.

136 is a reset - use lv5 & 6 cards to get here.

186 is a reset - use lv7 & 8 cards to get here.

236 is a reset - use lv9 & 10 cards to get here.

Etc.

Very helpful, thanks.

The main gap to bridge in terms of “getting stuck” is 16x-175 until the next dungeon becomes available, right?

Would you therefore focus on using the cards to get to 175… or grind before that and then advance to 186 more quickly?

What I did the first time was use all lv7 and some lv8 cards to reach rank 6. Then I did missions & dungeons a few days while gathering the rest of lv8 cards which took me to 186. I’m not sure if that is optimal, but it worked for me.

My second character is 161 right now. I think I relied very heavily on demon prison farm with this one because I have a lot of level 6 cards saved. I’ll let you know how it goes if you’d like.

This sounds exactly like how my route went.

I grinded a bit at demon prison around 148-150. And stayed until about 155 while doing 3 missions daily, and 1-3 dungeon runs a day. I don’t quite remember how long it took to hit 170, but it wasn’t as bad as you would expect. I didn’t even need to train at Dina Bee Farm.

You’ll have to grind from 150-164 if you want speed leveling. I lvl’d my alt (archer) to 190 in like 5 days playing 5 hrs on weekdays and like maybe 7 hrs at least on weekends. Otherwise, if you can wait, you don’t have to grind at all and just keep doing dungeons and missions.
