I thought I’d play the game again. People have been saying the game got improved. Only then I find out that everything below 170 is pretty much dead because of leveling events. I’m currently wondering how I’m ever going to get to 170 if a single queue already takes 30-40mins to get a single run.

You are probably better off creating a new account. You’ll reach level 170 in a matter of hours.
Otherwise, just buy shouts with your Event TP and shout for voucher runs lol.
You just have to time everything with your server reset time - that is for the dungeon runs. Else, the basic questing + this leveling event will greatly boost your leveling speed. You just need to find a good quest line to follow while the dungeon queue times are low. Search for a good leveling quest guide 
. Else, find a leecher: at tenet garden (lowbies up to level 28 or 35) or at royal chapel 28-100 ez.

Nah, you pretty much get 1 TP every 3 or 4 hours, those do stack up to 5. I think they’re called Event TP, not ingame right now.
Shouts are 1TP each, so you can easily afford those on a daily basis.

Um… it was screw before the event. queing up always depend on when you que up. sometimes it take 10-15 mins. Sometime 3 hours.

How exactly are you reaching lvl 170 in a matter of hours? 1-50 is no slouch , unless 50+ really speeds up, I’d say it still takes a couple days
Being honest not many players like to create new characters, the recent exp events just gave those a reason to make new ones…so nothing much has changed.
From lv1-50 is pretty much a grind of about 60-70 minutes with a 70% exp multiplier. In Fedimian(Server) we always have a Pardoner in Tenet garden (the place where you grind).
You do the following:
1.)Create a character
2.)Go to tenet garden
3.)Kill mobs on the way to get about 1.5k Silver
4.)Buy Sacrament and Blessing
5.)Grind to level 30 to get 2Lv4 Exp Tomes and a 7day token from lv 15(probably ~10 minutes or 15)
6.)Craft a lv8 Exp Tome
7.)Grind to lv50 with a 300% exp multiplier (probably like 30 minutes)
8.)Do the lv50 Dungeon 3 times, during which you get 3 Instance Reset Vouchers, you also reach lv 83 or so
9.)Use the reset vouchers and do the lv80 dungeon 3 times, you’ll reach lv 10x
10.)Do Siaulai, you’ll reach lv 116 or even more
11.)By now you’ve received even more lv8 tomes and Dungeon resets, just keep doing dungeons until you reach lv 210
So there you go, a couple of hours and you have your lv 200 character, you pretty much always have the resets, tomes and cookies when you need them and even gain some cool timed accesories.

I think he’s forgetting that timed tomes cannot be crafted into bigger ones.
Somewhere in the news section it was mentioned that it will be possible to fuse timed exp tomes, I’m not sure if it has been implemented yet.
If not, you can just use the lv4 one, which, if combined with the token extra run and 30% exp, should still be enough to get you to lv80 with only 3 level 50 runs.
You will still get the reset scrolls and you will still reach 100+ with 3 lv80 runs.
The only difference is that you will maybe have to grind 10 minutes more to reach level 50.
Where abouts do we grind? Tennet Garden to 50? And how do we fuse tombs normally? Sorry total newb here 
You fuse tombs (if it works with timed ones) by buying the recipe off of the Item Merchant in the cities and you grind in Tenet Garden until you reach lv 50, yea.
Klaipeda > East Siauliai Woods > Miners’ Village > Srautas Gorge > Gele Plateau > Nefritas Cliff > Tenet Garden.
For this method to work you really do need Pardoner Buffs though, because only then you’ll be able to one-shot the Tenet Garden mobs.
Also, don’t forget to do your class change every time you reach class level 15.

I dont think it works yeat, just tried. (Fused timed tomes)
Make a character - Go straight to Klaipeda - Take money from Wings of Vebora - Take Bless and Sacramento buffs from Pardoners - Go to Sarutas Gorge - Take 15/15 - Go Advancement - Go to Tenet Garden - Get 42/15 on goats, while renewing bless buff from time to time - Go Advancement - Get 50 lv - Go 50 lv Dungeon - If tired to wait que, clear it solo (not that hard) or ask someone to help (I can help with high lv characters) - 3 runs will get you 80 lv almost all the time and 15 job - Go Advancement - Go LV80 dungeon - Two (sometimes three) runs will get you to LV 100 - Go everyday missions in Mercenary Post - Get 125/15 - Go Advancement - Buy 8* tome, eat it - Use it only on everyday missions runs (usually you can stretch the 8* tome on 4 days - 12 runs) - This will bring you to LV 175 and R7. Personally I grind all characters in everyday missions with 8* tome. You need totally 4 tomes to get to R8 in 16 days. This can be faster during some events, while using Fortune Cookies and Dungen Reset Vouchers. In fact I manage to get 275/R8 in one very long evening for one of my chars once.
Yes, such approach kills the whole quest content, but honestly, it’s fun only first couple of times and now I’m pretty tired. Grinding mobs for me is much faster that doing quests for cards due to good equipmenet and lack of time, due to work and family. So I tend optimize my gameplay - for me it’s easier to donate for EXP tomes and powerlevel character, than spend weeks on grinding quests.

You do realize a completely fresh account cannot solo clear the 50 most likely, since they do not have access to gears such as Five Hammer or boss drops?
Even though most low level boss drops are sold on the market for 0 profit. I can’t tell you how many I’ve placed and they never sell.
