Now fresh account can with that event that gives you lv170 Weapons you can equip on LV50. But that’s why I’ve wrote - ask someone for help 
Is there any good lvl 110 grind spot?
I used a x4 exp tome on my last 80DG run and still have 50 min left, and apparently there isnt enough ppl queuing to lvl 110 siaulai on Klaipeda

To be honest. I wouldn’t have mind starting over if I didn’t already spend money on the game. If trading wasn’t locked behind a paywall I could’ve traded hair accs to my new account, but I’m not willing to buy 2x premium with one account that won’t be played anymore.
You get 7 + 7 days on the second account of token. So you would really only have to buy 1 token ( 10$) if you want to keep the stuff unbound.

quest, its easy to get to 250. just quest and use mega when queue. Also queue during peak hours helps a lot.
Your post make no sense at all. The content on low level is just quests.
After level 50 it already had DGs and Mercenary Mission (lv 100) to help leveling without need to be always on Quests or Grinding.
If you just want to lose your time by hardcore playing, why not just focus on the way you want?

About Queue, it has nothing to do with the events.
In fact I dont even like the events, because they give too much rewards. It should be only to Level Up, but it gives valuable things too, so I dont like it, just make my profit on the Market cut by half.
Still, I was glad it happened. The real game starts when people reach some Class they like and have enough Level to do certain things on the game. Everything else is just Level Up and Farm.
When queue is hard, its time for you to do quests.
